About our Founder
Anne Marie Cade
Anne-Marie Cade is an award-winning mediator, lawyer, family dispute resolution practitioner, parenting coordinator and Churchill Fellow. PCI is leading the evolution of Parenting Coordination in Australia. Anne-Marie’s global research across the United States, Canada, Israel, Europe, South Africa, and Asia identified the principles of best practice in Parenting Coordination. Her subsequent Creswick Foundation Fellowship explores how trauma-informed and trauma-responsive approaches can enhance psychological safety and improve outcomes for children and families.
Anne-Marie was named Australian Mediator of the Year 2023 at the Australasian Law Awards. Judges’ comments include – “Awarded highest score for emphasis on innovation.
